歐洲旅館 (European Hostel)

這裡的服務態度非常的差，不建議定這裡可以多花十塊錢20塊錢去別的地方。這裡的服務員會把顧客當賊。

很糟糕的青旅，剛到的時候對街就住了兩個流浪漢，進去旅店一股噁心的味道實在難受，check in 後才發現床單要自己鋪，到了廚房因為我有買牛奶，冰箱大爆滿根本塞不下，裡面甚至還有蟑螂，我一個女生老闆把我安排到全是男生的6人房，隔天我就搬走了，訂了5個晚上不能退款，聯絡訂房網站他們說飯店不給退就不能退，希望大家別在訂這間了，寧願你們花多一點錢，享受好一點的品質。

這天我沒住，實在太難受放棄了，這個就是流浪汗住的地方，好幾個客人就是流浪漢。

這家旅店接待人態度極差，進店詢問要求上Wi-Fi就直接回答説沒有！到下午三點鐘還不讓入住，我再問就直接請您另找酒店，不讓您住！態度極差，還傲慢至極！對這家旅館很不滿意！舊金山的旅店漫天要價……，太不可思議啦，還是國內（上海及周邊的旅店，酒店價格合理），

可怕的前台！入店必須交20美元現金。沒帶現金押證件都不行。八點多退房，説太早影響睡覺了。門外街住有流浪漢。衞生狀況堪憂。一條小小的毯子根本蓋不住身體，床還晃動響。果斷退了續訂！不會再上當了。

Great location, amazing price, horrendous service. Receptionist (male Indian from Gujarat) is extremely rude and disrespectful. He should be fired. After traveling for so many years, I have never been treated like this by the service staff! 房間有常住的客人，但是他床上都是食物碎屑，很久沒有清理過，味道很大，聞起來糟糕透了，房間里還有腳臭味道，整個二層都沒有廁所和浴室，需要下去一樓，我跟前台印度人說房間里味道聞起來糟糕透了，他回復我說那不關他的事。服務態度非常差，不知道什麼老闆會請這樣的人在前台，我們四個人，三個人都被這個人的服務態度噁心到了，預定了第二天的房間，房費也不要了，也不想再住了，前台的印度人講話態度非常惡劣，態度非常差，一分鐘都不想停留。住完一晚退房的時候，他告訴我，我不歡迎你繼續住在這裡，你不要訂我這裡的房間，而且退房是早上10點，我剛退完房，前台的印度人叫我出去，非常的不禮貌和態度很差。這家店唯一的優點就是便宜，但是住宿環境很差，所在區域也離市區很遠，樓下全是流浪漢，味道很大。前台的印度人，讓我感覺非常的噁心，出行這麼多年，從來沒有被服務人員如此對待！

Very bad experience, property smells bad. Pathetic washrooms.
